1) Service Area-Abu Dhabi – UAE
- Servoomart.ae currently serves Mussafah Shabiya M9–M12 (launch phase).
- We may expand zones in future.
2) Delivery Timing
- Standard delivery window is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Delivery schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, building access, or operational constraints.
3) Bundles & Pricing
- Bundles are sold as package offers (150 / 250 / 350).
- Individual item pricing is not shown because bundles are discounted package deals.
- Bundle contents may be updated from time to time based on supply and customer needs.
4) Replacements
If an item is unavailable, we may replace it as per the Replacement Policy (equal value, same category).
5) Customer Responsibilities
- Provide correct mobile number and full address details.
- Be available during delivery window or respond to delivery calls/WhatsApp.
- Ensure building access for delivery staff.
6) Order Confirmation
- Servoomart.ae (may call/WhatsApp to confirm orders.
- Orders may be cancelled by Servoomart.ae if confirmation fails or address is incomplete.
7) Payments
- COD is available at launch.
- Online payment may be enabled; payment gateway terms may apply.
8) Limitation of Liability
- Servoomart.ae will not be liable for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control (traffic,
supplier shortages, building access restrictions, network issues, etc.).
9) Updates
- Servoomart.ae may update these policies at any time to improve operations and compliance. Updated
policies will be published on the website.
