Servoomart.ae delivers grocery bundles (150 / 250 / 350) as a complete package.
Sometimes an item may be temporarily unavailable due to supplier stock, import delays, or market shortage.
In such cases, Servoomart.ae will provide an equal-value replacement using the following rules:
1) Replacement Rules
- Replacement will be from the same category (example: rice with rice, oil with oil, dal with dal).
- Replacement quantity will be same size or higher where possible.
- Replacement value will be equal or better than the original item.
- We will not replace an item with a lower-quality option intentionally.
2) When Replacement Can Happen
- Stock-out from supplier
- Quality issue found during packing
- Discontinued item or shortage in the market
- Safety/expiry concerns (we do not deliver near-expiry items)
3) Customer Communication
- If replacement is major (example: cooking oil brand/type change, rice type change), we may inform the
customer by call/WhatsApp when possible. - Minor replacements (example: different brand in same product category) may be delivered without
prior notice.
4) No Partial Discounts for Minor Replacements
- Since the bundle is a discounted package offer, minor category-based replacements are not eligible for
partial refunds.
5) If Customer Refuses a Replacement
- Customer may refuse the order at delivery time only if the replacement is major and not acceptable.
- In such cases, cancellation/refund will follow the Refund Policy.
