Refund Policy

Refund Policy (COD + Online Payments)

Servoomart.ae offers refunds based on the payment method and the issue type.

1) COD Orders

  • For COD orders, payment is collected only after delivery.
  • If you cancel before dispatch or refuse delivery due to a major issue, no refund is needed because no
    payment was collected.

2) Online Payment Orders

  • If an order is paid online and later cancelled (within the allowed window), refund will be processed to
    the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline depends on the payment gateway/bank processing time.

3) Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in these cases:

  • Order cancelled by Servoomart.ae due to stock or operational issue
  • Wrong bundle delivered (different tier/nationality than ordered)
  • Major missing items that cannot be resolved quickly
  • Quality issue confirmed (expired/damaged product)

4) Not Eligible for Refund

  • Minor brand changes or category-based replacements as per Replacement Policy
  • Customer change of mind after packing/dispatched
  • Incomplete address / customer not reachable / customer refusal without valid reason

5) Resolution First

  • If possible, Servoomart.ae will first try to resolve issues by:
    o Sending missing items, or
    o Replacing affected item(s) with equal value.
