Servoomart.ae follows a packing and delivery schedule to ensure on-time service.
To cancel an order, you must request cancellation before the cutoff time below.
1) Cutoff Time
- Standard cutoff time: 2:00 PM (same day).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are typically scheduled for next-day delivery.
2) How to Cancel
- Send your cancellation request by WhatsApp or phone using your order number and registered mobile
number.
3) Cancellation Acceptance
- Cancellation is accepted only if the order is not packed / not dispatched.
- If the order is already packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
4) Failed Delivery / Unreachable Customer
- If the customer is not reachable or delivery is refused at the door, it will be treated as a failed delivery.
- Re-delivery may be offered based on availability and schedule. Additional delivery charges may apply (if
enabled).
